O que é
This document proves non-existencing pending issues with SISBI and it can be issued at at the library service desk . After issuing the document, the registration of users that have no link to UFU will be automatically canceled.

What is the purpose?

Proof that there is no user’s pending fine or informational material within SISBI /UFU, so it can request any functional documentation from the university.

Who need it?

Undergraduates/graduates: in Leave of Absence or official course withdrawal/dropout cases, issuance of undergraduate certificates or postgraduate course, course or campus exchange and transfer to other institutions.
Faculty and staff: in cases of removal from university due to enrollment in courses of other institutions, inside and outside the country, dismissal due to retirement or exoneration, among others.

Deadline for issuance

The libraries have a deadline of 48 hours after the request.
Will occur according to each library hours (up to 20h).

Expiration

Valid only on the date of issuance.
